The technician was amazing, knew exactly what the problem was, and gave me very valuable advice on both my dryer and washer in addition to repairing the broken parts. He took his time, and answered all of my questions. I was afraid the cost would be astronomical, but was very reasonable. The last time I had the same dryer fixed, just the part alone cost four times what John charged me for the entire repair. Wonderful technician, wonderful company!
