Kevin was very easy to contact.  He Anwered the phone right away.  He arrived exactly on time, every day (he worked for us about 5 days).He is very trustworthy.  I felt confident leaving him alone in the apartment to work.  He pays attention to detail and works hard to get the job done correctly. 
Also, we had a lot of weird stuff that we wanted done but didn't know how to do it.  He thinks outside the box and came up with some really good ideas that worked great. He was very reliable and very hard working and very concerned about getting things done right.  I have more stuff that needs to be done in my own condo that I will definitely hire him for.  Also, his prices are very reasonable.

Called at night expecting voice mail, but he answered the phone which is a big plus. He agrees to come out the next day at a time convenient for me the next day. He showed up when he said he was going to be there and got the job done very quickly. He was friendly and professional throughout and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use him again and would recommend his services to everybody.

I found him on Craigslist. I called him and inquired about his services. It just so happened that he was available, and he showed up on my doorstep within the hour. He was very friendly, and I felt totally comfortable letting him come into my home alone with me. He was extremely professional and curtious. He understood the scope of work, and assured me that he could complete the projects I had for him. He did very high quality work, especially grouting the backsplash in my kitchen. He asked me if there was anything else I could do for him, and made sure I was satisfied with the work he performed. He cleaned up after himself and left my place as he found it. His prices were very reasonable and competiive. I highly recommend this individual. I will absolutely use him in the future.
