Description of Work: Combined a bedroom and an adjoining covered lanai to create a home office area and added additional storage space in the garage. This job included: • removing the original ceramic floor tile, putting in a concrete footing, and leveling the lanai floor with the bedroom floor • building a new exterior wall with two new louvered windows and a door • removing two interior walls and two glass sliding doors and putting in a bearing beam between the bedroom and the lanai • building a new exterior wall with two Breezeway louvered windows and a solid core entry door. • constructing a 2-foot wide shingled eave above the new windows and door. • replacing the existing wall between the new office area and the garage with a firewall * building three new closets with shelves on the inside of the firewall and a 12-foot foot storage closet with shelves and two doors on the garage side • replacing the drywall on the office ceiling • texturing and painting the office walls and ceiling • installing a new ceramic tile floor • removing one side wall of the garage and building a 10' x 4' roofed shed with a pocket door • painting the entire garage and shed and the exterior wall of the new office
