Excellent Service! Arrived on time, they allowed me to vacuum the floors after the old carpet and padding was removed (I highly recommend you do this, there was a ton of dirt/dust). They were very clean and did not scratch the walls! Although the price is quite a bit higher then Lowe's/Home Depot, its so worth it because the customer service is fantastic and our carpet was in stock! I had an issue with the transition pieces; I texted a photo to the carpet salesman and within hours they had a man out to fix the problem!! That would not have happened with Home Depot/Lowe's.

Installers were in my condo for several days they arrived on time and cleaned up when they left. Out of all the installers I had that were in my renovation they were by far the most professional. The price was higher than some but 2 years later they came to repair my floor went my dogs. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to do that. Great service.
I sold this unit 4 years later without doing anything else to the floor.
