From the moment we entered the store, Chris was exceptional in his ability to explain the different mattresses we were
considering to the prices to suggestions on how to protect the mattress in future moves. Additionally, when our mattress was delivered to our home, we noticed a small defect in it. We immediately contacted Chris and within a few days had a new mattress delivered with zero issues at no additional cost to us. I would highly recommend America's mattress at the Kapiolani location for exceptional customer service, good value for your investment and going above and beyond in ways to protect your
investment/solve concerns. I would go further by saying any interaction we had with Chris and/or his colleagues was
nothing less than professional and courteous. If you are looking to buy a mattress in Hawaii, ABSOLUTELY go to this
