The day I'm finally able to check the external hard drive to make sure all my files are in, I can't find any. I called them, and they weren't helpful at all. The technician who answered the phone was the same person who helped me when I brought the laptop in for the diagnosis. They made me feel as if I had lost the files and they didn't seem willing to even try to help me figure out where they may have been. The technician got very defensive and I explained that I wasn't blaming anyone for anything, I just wanted to know how I could get my files and since I paid them over $100 they should be helping me out. After I got notably upset, the technician hung up on me. I called again and I said that as I customer I deserved better, they hung up on me again. I will never EVER hire this people or recommend them to anyone for any computer services, they were rude and very unhelpful, and even though I have some computer knowledge, I don't even want to think how they'd treat someone with no computer literacy at all.
