The president of the company was very prompt and cordial when he arrived to estimate the work. However, he seemed to forget the most important requirement we had: the critical deadline. We had specifically chosen dates to close and re-open for business. There was a tense moment when he hinted the deadline might not be met. Fortunately, after I expressed some alarm, he assured me it would get done. His workers (Matt, for instance) were first-rate. They hustled to complete the job on time.
When the work was done, and we started up the a/c, the improvement was immediately noticeable. The air was so fresh and clean, it was a pleasure to breathe deeply.

We had immediate relief and peace of mind.........
Our home 's air quality has never been better and will be using them to keep our home healthy. I am physician and have already set up an appointment to have them improve our office indoors...
If you have any issues with your indoor environment these are the people that you want on your side.. There is no one with more experience then they guys. They were the first and in my opinion the best. Common sense and practical solutions

The company sent a representative to inspect for mold in the house caused by damage to the roof during a large storm. They detected several area of mold, and had to replace parts of the ceiling in the house. I believe they did detect the mold adequately, they replaced parts of the ceilings, however their workmanship when they were (first time around) and quot;finishedand quot; was AWFUL! We had to call them back TWO times to finish the job, and even then, everything was not addressed, but at this point, I was so frustrated, I thought it wasn't worth the fight. I would just live with it the way it was. They painted over the motion detector making it unusable. They painted walls the same as the ceiling, because it was easier to just spray it all the same rather than paint the walls the color they originally were. They got paint on tile and grout on the the floor. They installed lights that didn't work, left holes in areas that should have been filled and repainted. Generally speaking, it was very sloppy work. I had to get angry and demanding before they sent a man to finish the work. (Finally, he did do nice work, but to get to that point was frustrating as all get out!). The actual workman was very nice, it was the owner who I had issues with! The owner was demanding payment before the work was even done!! It was impossible for us to pay, because we were supposed to cosign the check from our insurance company and send it to AirCare, but we hadn't received the check. We told this to the AirCare owner, but he accused us of withholding the check. I explained that I didn't have the check, but even if I did have it, I didn't think he should be paid until the work was completed. The owner was extremely rude! ( I saved the email he sent me, as I couldn't believe how rude he was!! Now I have proof.) It was like pulling teeth to get the job done, and I had to put up with this extremely rude man. We finally did get the insurance check, and turned it over to AirCare Environmental Services. But AirCare was ---hands down--- the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Our insurance company hired AirCare, not us. I won't use them in the future, and I wouldn't recommend them.
