This company was recommended by Bosch and Angie's list. It is a family business so it takes awhile to get an appointment but that is the norm in Hawaii. The dishwasher cycles were four times as long as they should be. Bosch said it was probably either the water heater or control panel. Alan determined it was the control panel and a new one would have to be ordered from the mainland.
Bosch charges $114 for this part and Alan charged us $127 which was reasonable since it included shipping. He said it would be here within 10 days. On day 11 we called to find out the part was here but no time has been scheduled for him to do the work. We do not understand why the installment was not automatically scheduled. Alan's wife gave us the first appointment available but we were disappointed we had to wait even longer. The whole process took just under one month which is too long to be without an appliance you use every day. Alan's problem solving abilities and work were excellent.

From the first contact they were very professional and to the point. They gave me a window of 1pm to 5pm I later called to say I would be home after 230 and they were fine with that. Workman arrived, I explained ice maker was not working, he made his assessment then got to work. He replaced the water valve and the ice maker in less than 45 minutes Id say. Cleaned up and gave me an itemized bill. Total including tax and labor was $361. Outstanding! I would easily use them again.
