It went very well.

Made an appointment over the phone. Very polite/professional. Called when he was on his way over, and showed up on time, as scheduled. For my refrigerator, he couldn't find exactly what could be causing the leak, but did some maintenance, which stopped the leaking. Also gave me a quote on the cost of fixing/replacing ice maker, with absolutely no pressure to have this done.
2nd time out was to look at my built-in oven which had a panel that gets hot to the touch. Again, made an appt., he called on his way over, and showed up when he said he would. He looked at the unit, figured it had to be one of two things, checked it some more and ruled out one of the items. Then also let me know that the job was more than he would be able to take on (needs two people to remove oven from cabinetry), and gave some general recommendations on who he thought would be able to take on this repair.
Really appreciate his honesty, and work ethic. I will most definitely call him for any other appliance repair need I have

Fast, Courteous, knowledgeable. Advised tenant of time of arrival. Told me in advance of price in worst case if part had to be replaced. I had first tried to call another recommended provider, Budget Appliance Service', however everytime I called them I was put on hold (3 times). Got tired of that and called Wade at Able. He answered promptly, discussed issue, set up appointment, made payment arrangements as I would not be present, and fixed the problem.
My tenants were impressed with his professional attitude and experience. I would use him again for any appliance issue and highly recommend.

The repair went quickly and for a fair price.
I had called him earlier about a problem with my refrigerator. He said he could come out and fix it, but it would be cheaper to just buy a new fridge. I really appreciated his honesty!

I called Wade the day before, made an appointment for the next day. Since he was going to be on the other side of the island, he offered to call me when he finished so I could catch the bus home. I ended up leaving early anyways which was lucky because we both wrote each other's name down wrong. I finally got the correct number and he had just pulled in to my building. He was quick and efficient and showed me the parts he replaced and options for if it happened again.
