A little hard to rate a company when we've had two days of services in three days and the experiences were drastically different. We had a phenomenal crew today. Gina, James and Li'i are the BEST! This is a sensitive issue as my clients flew back on island after over a decade to close out their parent's estate. Limited to less than a few days on island, clearing the home was their only priority. Gina, James and Li'i were sensitive to the situation, compassionate, respectful and incredibly efficient. Our last crew wasted so much space in the trucks, charged for full truck loads, and quite honestly, unprofessional as they rummaged through my client's belongings. Gina, James and Li'i were able to clear out 3x the amount of items in the house than the last crew in the same amount of time. The only reasons I'm leaving stars off this review is because of all the incessant calls team lead was receiving and overall response from management and other teams. They were over booked. Disgruntled customers were constantly calling. With proper scheduling, Gina could have been focusing on the job rather than wasting time trying to put out fires. I have to say, hearing her speak to these angry customers on the phone, she was understanding, kind and professional. Takes a special person to calmly speak to someone professionally as they're yelling at you. Kudos to Gina! After almost eight long hours with us, they had to do 4 more jobs. Had more staff been available, as well as another truck, maybe not quadruple booking the same timeframe, maybe our job may have been further along. Needless to say, we don't blame our crew for the issues. They really were the saving grace for the day. I just wish we not only had this crew the first day but could request them for any future services. Shoot if this crew was there the first day, I have no doubt the full job could have been done by today. This team was great and if you insist on using this company's services, request these folks. They'll take care of you. Our previous teams and following services would have gotten negative star ratings overall.

It went extremely well!  Thaddeus and his crew were very responsive, punctual, working quickly and extremely hard, filling several trucks; and getting this job done on very short notice and in a day.  They even came back the following day for a final clean up.  We were amazed and very impressed. After an initial on-site review and instructions, they did the job unsupervised in Hawaii while we were on the East Coast Mainland.  Thaddeus kept us very well informed with progress and results.  We highly recommend Thaddeus, his crew and GOTJUNK for this type of estate clean-out work!

If you want something cleaned up, they are awesome. I have used them on several occasions. They are on time, professional and adaptable to any situation. Their prices are fair. They told me in advance about the change in price. They were clean, polite and efficient.

A single person came over, he saw the TV to be removed; he picked it up and carried it off!  The whole operation took mere minutes.
I would definitely use them in the future for any large-scale removal!

They took my stuff however their advertising indicated that items with value would be donated. They did not end up donating any of the items. I felt I was working with a more green company so I was a little disappointed in that regards. All of their employees were nice and professional. They were punctual and on time.

Overall, they did a pretty good job. The workers were very pleasant to work with and showed up on time. There was a difference between the estimate and the actual price. They charged base on the amount of material you are hauling using cubic footage. They will give you a very rough estimate over the phone, but a more accurate one is given once the truck shows up. They were willing to work with me on the pricing by breaking down the debris to cover less area. Overall, we were pleased with the service. I would recommend their services.

There was a miscommunication on the time. The scheduling was pushed back a bit. The two people who came were very pleasant and did a good job.

They were very efficient and I was extremely tired, but I would try to do it myself because it is so expensive.

They did a great job. The price is based on how much space is used in their truck. Each time the cost was about $300. They were very punctual. They also sent a thank you card afterwards and sent a discount for the next time I used them.

They are wonderful. I was quite pleased with them. They were very helpful.
