Came promptly to repair non functioning walk in cooler. Looked for freon leak, charged system. Fee was $500 which I thought was high for 2 hours work, but after reviewing bill and calling office, the tech had miss added and the charge was $400. Nevertheless, the next day the cooler was down again. After calling the tech, he had me check for things he might have missed...all in all I spent 2 hours working for him over the phone to no avail. At this time I requested him to order me a completely new condenser unit as my company can not function without a cooler. After 3 calls in which he said he would get back to me, I finally came to the understanding that he was not going to help me at all. I purchased a new unit and learned how to install it and did it myself.
