I had termite treatments of various types over the year and was largely satisfied. This year I needed a more enduring treatment, so I contacted in turn each of the two largest companies in the state. I even responded to a solicitation email from one of them scheduling dates for their estimator. I heard nothing. When I telephoned Will Kill, Will, himself was at my front door within two hours. He scheduled the treatment for the following week, and his technician was johnny on the spoty. He, along with Will, evaluated our needs and placed seven "pots" at ground level around our house. The treatment will last for years. The others make magnificent claims in commercials; but if you want service, call Will.

They come quarterly to spray interior and exterior for insects. They come monthly to replenish bait in exterior rodent stations.

They come each quarter to spray inside and outside of house for pests and to replenish bate in rodent stations. They do a good job, show up when they say they will, we have no pests in the house and the rodents eat the poison and die outside.

We have used them for years, ALWAYS on time, professional, very thorough, extremely knowledgable in their field and I don't have bugs/pests so add successful to that!!

- A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, EXHAUSTING OUR EMOTIONAL ENERGY, PATIENCE AND TIME. It doesn't really have to be this way!
To wit:
- Reserved inspection associated with sale of our house several days ahead of service
- Owner sent brother two hours late but brother was apologetic, professional and courteous
- Wife and I moved internal cabinet items and furniture so every area could be inspected easily
- Owner's brother conducted inspection at our home last week in June finding *one* location of termite activity
- During inspection, brother told us not to bother moving anything else, he would inspect around
- Brother informed us the area was small and would require small correction (and quot; It's only ONE SPOT and will only require a quick spot treatmentand quot;)
- Brother took $200 for a $175 service but did not have $25 on him for change, said he would bring the money back or credit it toward spot treatment
- Brother told my wife and I the report would be done by the end of the day once approved by his brother
- Nothing was heard from the brother for five days despite numerous calls
- Will stated to the buyer's agent the house needed several thousand dollars in tenting, putting our home sale in failure status
- Will again failed to return my calls; secretary said she had no idea why the report differed from brother's assessment (and quot;makes no senseand quot;) and she would try to get it fixed asap
- Requested report continuously for five days from Will since *we* paid for the inspection; messages still go unreturned
- Eventually leveraged the real estate agents to get what we ourselves paid for
- No report was ever provided directly to us; had to obtain one third hand from our agent who obtained it from the buyer's agent, a COMPLETE crossing of professional lanes
- Report was signed by Will although he was NEVER at the property and NEVER set eyes on any of the house
- There was no indication of inspector being Will's brother even though he conducted the entire assessment
- There were no pictures taken and no secondary inspections by Will from which he could have formed any assessments differing from, or vetoed, his brother's assessment
- The report itself was so lacking in detail and so generalized or full of mistakes with only the address and time of inspection in different font/ink, showing this was a form report used to fit what should be specific to each home; it certainly did not take five days to fraudulently fill in one or two blanks
- Report stated that owners failed to adequately prepare the house by moving items for inspection so there could be additional termite activity due to our own failure to clean cupboards, closets, etc.
- Our entire home sale was put on hold and our family life was seriously disturbed adding untold stress on my wife (who is seriously ill) and I (for financial distress)
- Eventually the real estate agents and previous exterminator stepped in to fix Will Kill's mess the day prior to closing.
WIll Kill are scam artists whose word is worth nothing and whose operation is professionally dysfunctional.
