They are always friendly and professional. the work gets done promptly and they also inspect and notify me of any problems with my vehicles. They then send me quotes via email. Never pushy. I keep taking our cars there every year.

.Midas refused to honor lifetime warranty on the warranty for labor of $10, and instead charged me a very exhorbitant price of $104.04 that was way beyond the stated warranty of labor for $10.
I even showed them a copy of the warranty certificate but they won't honor it.
