Tell us the story from start to finish (10,000 character limit): HRC was the only company to actually respond to my calls for help when my roof leaked. Ray showed up exactly when he said he would, asked all the right questions, and went immediately to work. He spent well over an hour examining my roof, evaluating and explaining the problem, and proposing remedies, all without charge. As soon as I agreed to a repair, he went straight to it, and had it done very quickly and competently. He left my roof looking great, and it has not leaked again since, despite several severe storms. Next time I need help with my roof, my only call will be to HRC.
