Hilo Radiator is independent small neighborhood business providing service that far exceeds what you receive at a dealorship. I appreciate being able to talk to the mechanic doing the work directly both before and after the work (as opposed to a service manager who is hurried and subject to corporate rules that often preclude quality service).

outstanding response to an and quot;off the roadand quot; problem that was fixed right the first time and at a very reasonable price. I have dealt with Hilo radiator for the past 8 years and have always been totally satisfied with their service, responsiveness, and cost.
