The thing that stood out the most is that he is insured. He is a genuine insured company, not just some lawn mower; but also a guy with a pick-up truck. He has a real lawn care service and all legalized. He is not like I just hire some guys; they show up on the pickup truck and give him cash. I can use him for job sites that are property management, something where a tenant had occupied. You can't just send some guy on a tenant property. He is licensed and matured. His model is "Everybody needs blessing and let me be yours" and that is what he is. He came in, took care of the issue and did it the way I didn't have to worry about it. He is an excellent guy.
