Lawn Service
They demanded payment before the service. They stared going to the property off schedule because of the rain. The tenants would send pictures of the high grass. They would send one guy, who would go in 5 in the afternoon, who did a poor job. They were unreliable, did not show up on time, and did not complete the work.
