I live in Texas and was visiting my daughter. They needed a ceiling fan installed not replaced. Time was important. Jack from Hinokawa electric called back within 10 min. Scheduled for the next day. Thomas was amazing. He had ceiling fan wired and completed in less time than I had planned. Definitely kept them in my contact list for next time.

Rod was great, very nice and polite, but unfortunately he set up a appointment, of which he was a no show and no call for. After leaving numerous messages I was finally able to reach him; got told he got busy. I was pushed

My washing machine broke on a Saturday. A quick search on google pulled up Service Magic. A quick phone call to Service Magic, put me in touch with Rod's Repair. Rod came out within a few hours, and he was able to jury rig my washer that day, and I was able to continue with my clothes washing. This was a very positive experience. He still needs to come back with the part, but our washer is working now.
