Charlie and his crew were professional, compassionate of my situation, and respectful of my property.
On Sunday evening, Sept. 22, had a leak coming through my fire alarm from the old unit in the attic. Called my regular maint. guy Tommy who works for Charlie but he was injured from a previous job. He immediately called Charlie (owner) who came by and checked out the situation.
Had a plan in place (stopped leak), made a recommendation and to my agreement and satisfaction I bought a new more efficient A/C that was delivered and installed on Sept. 28. The installation was tricky as they didn't have much room to work with in the attic but managed to do everything (inside and outside) in record time.
I renewed my maintenance contract with them and was a and quot;happy camperand quot;.

Owner of NS Air did the install by himself with some assist from me. Very nice fellow. He showed up on time. Workmanship was excellent. It has been a year without any actual mechanical problems however AC stopped cooling once about 2 months after install following a power outage. Put in service call. They couldn't come out for about 4-5 days. Turned out to be a circuit breaker on the outside unit. Service person showed me what to do if occurred again. It has not repeated as we have not had any power outages again

Overall it went great. From the beginning, analysis and quote, through explaining everything as he went along, to the final clean up, everything was done in a very professional manner.
