The gutter installation was very well done. Afterwards I had a couple requests for the downspouts and asked them to fix some wood backing that cracked during the installation and GutterKing was very accommodating. Great job.

Prompt. Work was pretty good. Needed to come back and adjust angle on two sections of gutter . Cost was about $1K less than quoted by builder

Gutter King was a pleasure to deal with in getting this work done. We had several leaking spots on the corners of our two story house. I wasn't sure what kind of work needed to be done or what it might cost. The office staff were very friendly and set up an inspection and estimate for the project within a couple of days.  They immediately saw where the problems were and explained how it would be corrected. I received the estimate the next day and scheduled the work for about a week later.. The workers came by on the scheduled day and were able to get the work done quickly and well even with a bout of lousy weather. They let me know if any problems remained they would stop by to check and fix them. Didn't need to call them back. Super job and I would sure use them in the future for any other jobs!

They were punctual, professional and polite. Their estimator was thorough and gave a fair estimate. The installation was equally professional and efficiently done. They left a can of touch up paint in case I scratch the finish.

Went with this company as they had the best color selection (to match my house trim) and they offered the best price. I had two other estimates that were about $1800. They were very cooperative as I asked them to remove the guttering first so I could paint my house trim and then have them come back to put on the new guttering. The work was done with no problems. However, the downspouts were cut a little short which I brought to the attention of the crew chief. He said he would return the next day to fix it. He gave me his card with his phone number. My mistake was I trusted him and paid him for the work then. He didn't show up the next day so I called his cell and got a voice mail. Left a message but he never returned my call. Called the next day. Same result. I called the office and talked to Kimi. She said they were very busy but she would try and work me in. I had to call her back since she didn't follow up on when someone would come over to fix the problem. She apologized and said she would would have Bob drop by the next day to fix it. No show. I am very disappointed. Everything was great until after I paid them. They still have not called me back.

  He worked with us on some very specific instructions on our gutters/downspouts locations and customized it to order with no pressure tactics.  Installation took a day with his crew whom was very pleasant and knowledgeable.  Our house was tricky due to it's height and this was a new install with no previous gutter system to refer to.  The other reviews on here really did not reflect at all on our experience.   We needed some followup and he was there as promised that day, and had his crew come modify it the next day.  Job well done two thumbs up.   

Owner did estimate, promised highest quality and we requested highest quality materials no matter the cost. He said he was a long time expert in the field and promised every detail would be taken care of. I had to write "stainless steel" screws in to work order as it was not specifically in it even though we had talked about using the best of the best as we wanted it to last as long as possible. Gutters were installed. I had asked they be careful about walking on our new $450,000 copper roof and workers made fun of me behind my back for telling them how to walk on roof. We do have dents here and there where they ignored request. Wrong parts were used for rain chain drains. I had to research on line and learn all about the systems as owner-expert stuck to his guns and said he used the proper diameters. I sent him quoted facts from the online expert sources as to why his way could not work and that it was not designed to work the way he installed it. I even had to tell him what to order and where to order it from. After some work getting him back, the correction was made. Rain chains were installed incorrectly so one of his crew reinstalled them when fixing drain problem. He used dissimilar metals (just discovered 2010 May) and hung them crooked so rain still poured out crooked and onto walkway areas, hitting people walking by under eaves. Owner never came at end of job to inspect changes made. Also just discovered the reason we have had such terrible mosquito problems is our second story gutters are full of water aprox. 2/3, most of the time. When it rains, rain pours over the gutter edge like a waterfall. We have two downspouts that water floods out of half way down. They were "repaired" by the company but they are still doing it. I have had problems with excessive noise and thought that since he claimed to be an expert, that he would be able to help solve the noise issues on heavy rain days. So noisy that it wakes me up and keeps me up. I had to do my own research as he had no answers. I did call one early morning (?2 am?) after being awake for hours due to noise and left a message of the noise on his phone but I was horrified to find out he apparently he keeps the ringer on while he sleeps. I only wanted him to hear the noise when it was happening and I had been told many times his secretary did not give him any of my message so I thought that was the only number I could use to get him the message. I had no idea someone would leave their work phone on while they slept. That was beyond my understanding at the time and if I had known I would not have called. I apologized but it was not accepted. Because of this, he slanders my character around town, telling people I am crazy and other things I won't write here. Lastly, he did use stainless stell screws but I have recently learned there are better screws, marine grade stainless steel. Our screws are already rusting and will soon have to be replaced with the proper marine grade ss screws which should have been used in the first place, as we requested the best of the best. I am planning on hiring someone else to fix these problems as I have had enough of their "professionalism", "knowledge" and harassment.
