I had brought specific designs for what I wanted to have built. Roxanne Darling and Shane of Bare Feet Studios agreed to these plans. They later retracted their agreement, leaving me with no viable product and yet taking my money. When I asked for a refund they refused. I then demanded a refund and they refused. At this time I am looking at having to take legal action for breach of contract and to reimburse me for my lost investment in this failed project.
