Tino was straight forward and honest with his estimate. I told him my needs and his recommendation was spot on. Installation was a quicker than he estimated and he and his crew were very professional and efficient. With summer around the corner I would highly recommend Tino for all your AC needs.

Very honest person. He saved us from being ripped off by a big plumbing/AC company in Hawaii. The other company gave us a wrong diagnosis (on purpose) so that we would replace our central AC. Definitely recommend.

Contacted several recommended Ewa Beach service techs and only Tino responded to our initial contact. We had a system failure due to low refrigerant level. Tino recharged the system and we decided it was time for the old dinasour of a system to be replaced. While awaiting parts, system failed again. Tino offered to recharge again to get us through until the parts came in and did not charge for this. He installed the new, upgraded system, and we are quite pleased with every aspect of our interaction.

To find someone that calls back on Oahu is one thing, but to find someone who will drive across some of the country's worst traffic three days in a row to repair obsolete equipment after finding all three replacement boards for my split AC, while troubleshooting one after the next until it is all singing cool air in here? Simply the best service we've had after years of remodels and maintenance work in the property management business. No tricks, just straight awesome technical work, and honest communications. If the rating is not 5.0, then they are writing about the wrong business here. We even got a bad replacement board, and Tino worked right through the aggravation, and would not quit. Tip Tino more than 15%! We were leaving town to work out of state, and the turnaround was simply answers to prayers here. He has to keep moving fast to keep up with demand, so get your work done before he retires to run a bigger company or something! FIVE STARS. Really. Mahalo Nui Loa and Muchas Gracias Tino!

Tino was so accommodating & went out of his way to fix my air conditioning problem on short notice. He extremely knowledgeable on answering my questions on how inverter, the condenser & evaporator works. He also provided me tips as to what I can do at my end as preventative maintenance measures. I was extremely happy with his workmanship.

I called two other companies and Tino's was the first to respond. He diagnosed the issue and made sure that he had the parts on hand, luckily it was in stock and said that he'll be back later on during the day. Tino came back earlier that expected and next thing I know the AC was up and running and even covered the circuit board so the gecko's wont get zapped again. He gained a new customer and will see him in a coupme of months for service. Very happy with the service and professionalism that he provided.
