RAINBOW CLEANING SVC

I've used this company for over a year with so-so results. They come to my home 2x/month and usually while I am at work. There have been a couple of times they have not shown up or did not follow through with my calls to them to reschedule. The price was pretty good and they mostly did an allright job though there seemed to be little care taken in putting the "finishing touches" on their tasks (ie: straightening towels on the racks, fluffing and straightening pillows on the couches, making the meds completely and neatly. On 3 June was my last cleaning and I came home to find 2 cleaners still here. They did not hear me walk in and I caught the male cleaner with my video camera in his hand watching what was recorded on the tape (which happened to by my 10 year old daughter and her friends doing a dance routine). When he saw me he quickly put it down and said he was cleaning the ledges in the room. I hadto get my cat for a vet appot and left the house agian. The vet could not see us so we returned just a shourt time later and the cleaners were again, not expecting us. I went upstairs to my room to change my clothes (we had somewhere else to go) and found my batroom door locked with the light on. I waited for about 5 minutes and after not hearing a single thing for that whole time, I knocked. The male cleaner said something. I waited approx another 5 minutes and during that time noticed that the book from my nightstand was missing (titled Confessions of a Military Wife - a comedy). I then heard his phone ring and he began to exit I busied myself to look like I was looking for something in a drawer. He did not have the book in his hand and seemed surprised to see me. I suspect the female cleaner from downstairs called him to alert him I was upstairs. I went into the bathroom and eventually found the book hidden underneath my bathroom sink in a cabinet. There was no foul odor in the bathroom (as I would expect if he were actually using the toilet) and the toilet seat was up - not down as it would be if he were sitting on it. VERY VERY strange and suspicious behavior that creeped me out. I have no idea what he was doing in there for that length of time with a book about military wives. I called the following Monday and fired the service, changed the lock on my lock box, and informed the manager (Candy) of the bizarre and unacceptable behavior. I mean, if these were the things I caught them doing when I came home, I can't imagine what they have been doing when I am away - as I am usually at work when they would come. I lost total trust in this company and am unwilling to have them in my home ever again.
