DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! EVER!!! They failed to complete contracted and agreed upon work, correct work done improperly, or reimburse my expenses. Completely untrustworthy company. Almost every facet of the contract was either done poorly or was not completed. The contract was signed in Jan 07 and by May 09 we gave up trying to get Mr Fleming to respond and filed a complaint with the RICO (Regulated Industry Complaint Office) in Honolulu. The stone patio was improperly installed and had to be demolished and replaced by another contractor at my cost of $20,931.53, when Mr Fleming failed to try to repair it. Mr Fleming failed to install screens for french doors and after he promised to pay for them or sign a promissory note, he did not. My additional cost was #3,350.78. They improperly assembled the pool and then failed to pay the contractor who did the repairs at $1901.49. They failed to complete front yard landscaping and reimburse my cost of $2350.00 to have it completed. Additionally I incurred a cost of $575.92 to repair a tree damaged by their tractor driving repeatedly over unprotected roots. They failed to install self-closing hinges on fence gates around pool, not meeting code. Mr Fleming does not respond to email, over 3 dozen phone calls/messages at his 5 different phone numbers, or even certified US mail. I paid Mr Fleming over $100,000.00 and still had over $29,000 additional personal costs that he refuses to reimburse. I have also filed a complaint with the Hawaii Better Business Bureau.
