Working with Kito has been an overall amazing experience. He helped me get the ideas out of my head and on paper to create my dream home. Kind, friendly, fair and got the projects done in a timely fashion. We were so happy with the results that we are now starting phase 2 of the renovations and excited for Kito to be apart of that as well. We referred him to my boyfriends mom for new flooring & it also turned out BEAUTIFULLY! I highly recommend his work and his team.

Kito is wonderful to work with! I already have referred him and his crew to my neighbor, !who hired him for his kitchen remodel! Kito worked with me throughout the entire process - from purchasing the cabinets (and finding me the best value product for my limited funds) to installation (all done within days, including his assistance with replacing my bathroom cabinet) to clean-up (trash was immediately taken to the dumps, boxes were flattened, and floors were swept and vacuumed!). I think the best part of this company is that they seem to be able to do ... EVERYTHING! I've already notified Kito that I'll be hiring him again, whenever I need a construction company! I strongly and whole-heartedly recommend Kito Olita and Olita Construction!

We hired Oli to re-do our showers, specifically remove the old and replace with new chaulking. He did a fabulous job! I felt like I came home to a brand new shower. My husband and I are so happy we chose Oli to do this job. We would highly recommend him. He's also a very nice person. Thank you Oli!

When we bought our house, we were ambitious and wanted to paint each room different colors. It was hard work and we gave up after finishing one room. We hired Oli's Carpentry to do the rest and he did an excellent job. Did it much more quickly and efficiently than we ever could. Very happy with the professional results.
