Marta Ryan was our Property Manager at Island Realty Group LLC for 32 months. Although Ms Ryan insured tenant's lease was collected timely and she was personally pleasant during communication, the brokers at Island Realty Group LLC were not. GE Taxes were not paid monthly or withheld in an escrow account.  Their bookkeeping practices lead HI GE Tax to be paid either by quarter or semi-annual lump sum payment out of lease proceeds.  Although Ms Ryan visited our property several times while under contract she failed to insure even simple items like sink facets and automatic sprinkler systems were maintained and preserved during the lease contract with Island Realty Group LLC.  Upon tenant vacancy, Island Realty Group LLC agents and brokers did nothing to assist with repair estimates, contractor referrals or scheduling of service providers.  We were left to research contractors; make calls, set estimate appointments and schedule repairs on our own.  The repair process took months to complete due to all the necessary painting, carpet replacement and plumbing issues as well as landscaping repairs. Based on our experience with Island Realty Group LLC agents and brokers, we would caution anyone considering using their services for Property Management.

My husband and I first contacted Marlon to view a rental property. After speaking with him, we realized that he was a great professional and true gentlemen. We went back and forth before we finally decided to purchase a home in Ewa Beach rather than rent. Marlon was there for us every step of the way---he made us feel as if we were his only clients, even though he handles multiple clients each day. No matter the day of the week Marlon was always available! I have never worked with a realtor of this calliber. He is magnificent. Patient, kind, respectful, honest, hardworking, and consistence are just a few of his qualties. I would recommend Marlon to any  and all of my family and friends. If you are looking for a realtor who cares about you----he is your MAN!
