Unless you have BIG job don’t waste your time. They do not meet commitments nor honor their quotations. At the suggestion of a neighbor who had positive roofing PLUS gutter experience with this company, we solicited quotation from them for ONLY gutter replacement. After receiving quotations and acceptance we were given multiple dates none of which were met. Then, after escalation I was given a date for this coming weekend. A short while later was then advised that they do not have the ability to install the product quoted; stating it is not “made” anymore Did a little research and found that it indeed is widely available and quite common. It is brought in by HPM and others who cut and coil it for local distribution. They then said they could not do this job due to a miscommunication! This after 5-6 weeks of wasting my time. Integrity and honor in business dealings is imperative, it is NOT what you will get from M & R Roofing.
