He called first thing in the morning. He was in the area and at my house within 10 minutes. In just a few minutes he'd fixed the problem. Because I had already dug the head out, in my attempt to fix it myself, he took $5 off... Was a great deal, very professional. I'm considering his inspection plan which looks very reasonable.

Nice experience. They were responsive via email (which I like) or phone. Nice owner - professional tone and organized. Yard job was good and neat. Only thing I didn't like was the deposit policy for yard maintenance. I prefer a pay as you go with no strings attached for small residential jobs.

We are military and we have a Homeowners Association that we have to follow and keep our yards within that regulation. They come out to mow the grass, maintain the lawn and fix any sprinklers. Once the HOA knows you have a company to take care of your yard they know that they will fix it when they come out again.
