Property Management, Real Estate Service
- Island Realty Group (IRG) did collect agreed upon rent from tenants by the 5th of each month
- IRG did not post rental deposit until 10th or 15th of the month
- IRG allowed issue of keys and tenants to occupy residence without payment prior to written contractual agreement
- IRG brokers were abrasive and unprofessional. Would often Hang Up on simple business calls during contract period
- IRG did not promptly handle tenant issues or property repairs per Hawaii Reality Association standards
- IRG did not provide property owners standard HI Realty Association move in / move out Property Condition Reports
- IRG did not use or adhere to HI Reality Association cleaning standards Checkout List
- IRG verbally glossed over tenant yard, carpet, appliance and wall damages to property after vacancy
- IRG did not make agreed HI tax payment during tenants final months of occupancy
- IRG did not offer or provide referral list, resources or estimates for repairs to property upon tenant vacancy
- IRG did not assist in making timely repairs to property during legal Hawaii Tenant / Landlord vacancy grace period
- IRG did not make any effort to repair damages to property after tenants moved out until threatened with legal action
- IRG did not promptly make agreed payment from HI Reality Association Move Out/Closing Statement for repairs to contractors without multiple emails, calls and text request over 3 month
