Incredibly convenient and accommodating!! I'm generally not a fan of tire change establishments, especially big box names, but this place brought the mom and pop feel to a big brand name. Never a fan of the prices, but great overall!

I have used Ewa Goodyear many times for service on my two autos. The management there (Peter?) has always been straightforward and honest... meaning he has told me on more than one occasion that the expensive thing I thought I needed, was not needed. And the work they do has always been excellent. The other thing I really like is that they are open on Saturdays and even part of the day on Sundays for routine things. For me they are so convenient and I feel comfortable with their integrity.

Complaint: While this is being explained/shown to me 3 crewmembers just outside the bay were laughing and insulting with foul language the condition of my vehicle and my situation while reading the workorder for my vehicle. As I left and passed them, they could barely contain their entertainment at my situation. I have no issue with the work done on my vehicle per se, but the overall lack of respect towards a paying customer and rude behavior will prevent me spending any more money there.
