The response time makes it a B company. They were good. They did it for $425 and another company said it was going to cost $14,000, so I was happy.

Showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Professional attitude by repairman.
The only complaint I have is with the price. I diagnosed the problem myself and was going to also complete the repair myself, but because of work and the fact that I had to order the fan online I wanted the job done quickly so my family wouldn't be without AC. The fan's price was about 75-100 dollars online and they charged me about 250 dollars. I inquired about this, but since it was on a Friday they said they would get back to me on Monday. Never heard back from them regarding the price. I don't really hold this against them since most AC companies jack-up the price and the local suppliers won't sell to individuals not working in the industry. This is just my experience.
Overall, I'd use them again if I need to or the job was beyond my scope of capability.
