"Home Owner is a liar. This is only half the story from a DISHONEST PERSON. There was 1 person on site with no expierence an apprentice there other 2 had 13 years and 15 years. Gas line was leaking, over 15 years old, plumber would not hook up as NOT CODE! New appliances were bought by homeonwer, We have pictures to show NOT A SCRATCH when we brought into house. Tiles have to be cut to fit, average is 10% watse and we came it a 7%. Jennei tried to hire employees to do the work behind comany back so could get work done cheaper. This home onwer is a liar, plain and simple."

"Marth never had a single complaint about the work until it came time to pay the bill. She delayed the work 6 weeks with Her "changes" . We never charged Her for the extra work. But as soon as the bill came do, now She has a complaint about work completed 3 to 4 weeks ago. Martha G. waited 3 weeks till the tile was in before saying that She did not like it. And Her reason was not quality of work but that the pattern of tiles was too chaotic and that she did not like cut tiles in the corner. Tiles have to be cut to fit within the area. Martha G delayed the job 6 weeks with her changes. 1. wanted 32" corner shower, we suggested something bigger since 32" is very small. She said No but when shower arrived it was too small for Her. Had to order another shower. Wanted a 42" Delta but cannot get. So went to tile. 10 day delay 2. Tile delay. Once pan was there Martha took 9 extra days to pick a tile and of course it was a special order. 13 days delay 3. She picked cabnits that did not fit. We said we could cut them down but she stated that she would know they were cut and that it would be too much strain on Her nerves knowing they were cut. 4 week delay. Still do not have cabnits 4. Re drywalled; martha had us redo the orange peel 3 times because She saw patterns in the splatter. 5. First it was green then white then after going to Chiles( the restaurant) back to green but now white cabnits. Then 1 week later back to green walls with grey cabnits. 6. Had us order tile; changed Her mind to Grey WPC. Special Order. decided to was too grey and went and chose a grey vinyl plank. Special order 2 week delay. 7. walls painted 3 times based upon Her whims. Every person that went to that house bent over backwards for Her because She said that She never had a good experience with renovations. " Most just up and quit.", Martha Said. Still do not have official complaint about the work."
