Animal House has been my dogs' vet for years. I've always loved them. They have always been great to my dogs. On Monday 9/30/13 my little guy went into anaphylactic shock (most likely from a centipede bite) and his face was so swollen his eyes were shut, he was having trouble breathing and even had blood coming from his rectum. I live in makakilo but still drive into ewa since they are great. But this time I didn't think I had the time to make it so I went to VCA in Kapolei. Long story short they turned me away even though it was an emergency because they said and quot;the vet was busyand quot; but I didn't see a single other customer. I called Animal House and told them I was on my way. When I got there they had all the shots ready and never wasted a second. They saved my dog. I LOVE ANIMAL HOUSE. They have always been great to me and a my furry and quot;kidsand quot;.

There hasn't been anything bad or anything stellar either. All the veterinarian care services were good. There were prolonged wait times every time we went there. All in all the product was good and they saw our pets. The staff was very friendly and very professional.

I had a really great experience and everyone there seemed very nice and thorough. We had a few things done today. I can't say it was too pricey because I found a coupon on livingsocial. I had two vaccinations at 27.00 each and then a heartworm test that was 36.00. Not too bad. They also have a nail trimming card, so once you have 9 trims the 10th is free. That will be great for me because my dog is impossible to do myself. The doctor answered all of my questions and both the doctor and the assistant were patient when I asked the price of every single thing. (Hard times!) They let me know what vaccines he was due for and what is suggested that he get. At the end of the visit, I felt my dog was in good hands.

I went there because it is nearby. The service was not bad, but it was pricey for what they did.

I was very impressed with the staff and facilities at Animal House. All the staff were friendly, caring, and very helpful. They seem to genuinely love working with animals. When I asked about a procedure that I was considering, they told me my options and provided a detailed written estimate.

They have generally good customer service, take good care of the animals, take in, and care for rescue animals. I give them good ratings and will continue to go there in the future.
