They worked on it. We had to ask them to come back because the leak was not fixed. They were very responsive and worked on it again.

I am not sure of the dates and had to guess, sorry.

I called yesterday and Tad came out this morning and had the job done within 10 minutes.  Very painless!  Made my day.

I did not get any follow-up phone calls with status.  I had to contact AHS and they said a part was on order.  A month later, still no update and I called again and was told the part was on backorder.  Then in July, I was told the part was in.  He came to the house to install the part and said it was the wrong part.  Told me I needed to hire a general contractor to break open the ceramic tiles to allow access to replace the stem valve.  I asked for referrals on who could do this work and received none.  I called around to a few contractors and due to the curve of the garden tub, no one could provide me an affordable solution.  In August, I had a kitchen leak and requested a different plumber with AHS.  While this plumber was there, I asked him to look at the garden tub.  He said he did not believe I needed to break open the ceramic tile and it could be repaired from the top.  I called AHS and requested my file be transferred.  New plumber, Carolina Plumbing came out and fixed my bathtub with a part for under $10 in less than 30 minutes.  I had been waiting for over 2 months for Yamaz to fix it, but it seems he didn't want to spend the time or effort in coming up with a solution.

Update from 2/6/2014:
I had a leaky 3 1/2 toilet and 2 sink faucets for a long time and American Home Shield had dispatched the job I made online to Yamaz Plumbing.  Tad showed up with his son to replace a flapper in the toilet, and told me one faucet cannot be repaired.  He failed to look at the other sink faucet and told me that the problem was not called in with AHS.  We discussed replacing both faucets and he would call me for a quote once I decide to do so.  Tad is too busy to help and respond even after I called and asked him twice.  I had already found a good plumber to complete the job and found that the price of his work and faucet suggested to AHS was unreasonably high compared with other plumbers.  Tad seems to know how to take advantage of AHS's system and pick cherries when it comes to home owner's plumbing problems.  He is unreliable.

It went great only took 10 minutes and job was complete

He also installed a new water heater prior to this job. He did fine. I would use them again in the future.
