On 3/1/18 Dylan came over at 7:50am (arranged time was at 8:00am). He was professional and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and got the work done by 8:45am. I was very happy until I had to pay for the services. He didn't communicate to me that I had to cover his time for getting the parts required to do the job (getting 7 switches from Lowes). He showed me the receipt for $45 but proceeded to tell me that he left his home at 6:45 am to get the parts so he was charging me $140 which is the labor for 1 hour. I paid $305 for work completed. I called MK Electric and they were surprised he didn't communicate this before. I wouldn't have accepted their services and would have gotten quotes elsewhere or got the parts myself. Please get all info before making an appointment for services!! This senior will be smarter the next time!
