+ -1 moreAwful, they told us to submit an offer to rent the condo. We submitted a reasonable one and they were very rude in responding. The Condo was in terrible shape. I went to the condo and offered to rent it and fix it up while staying in it because it currently is unsafe to live in with the large amount of mold on the ceiling. The other person who was looking at it walked in and out within 3 minutes. Terrible communication and lack of understanding of rentals.
Description of Work: Provider tried renting a condo with water damage and mold growing on the ceiling and very overpriced for the area. Told us to submit an offer and wouldn't even work with us when we submitted the offer. Waste of time.
