Recently customer service has deteriorated to unacceptable levels. I fought with them for 4 months to get a recliner repaired that was under warranty. Appointments were missed and never followed up on, return calls never made and everything just dropped apparently in the hope I would go away. Finally I had them replace the entire recliner because they simply couldn't install a BOLT. My most recent attempt was to purchase a dining set and mattresses. Three unreturned calls and two hang ups later and I'm told that I can pay 10% over the phone and the rest in person. I LIVE IN CONNECTICUT!!. Is this the way they treat repeat loyal customers? Never again.
