I needed to find a new service center for my car after moving to the area, so of course I checked various online sources including the BBB and was impressed with all the great reviews for Hawaiian Tire. I'm glad to say I was not disappointed. It was time for a regular oil change and tire rotation, and I was also concerned about the car idling very low while the A/C was running at an intersection. This used car was a new purchase for me, so I wasn't sure if there was an issue or not.  My appointment was in order upon arrival, and the receptionist even had the mechanic come up front and get the details of the idling issue so nothing would get lost when she tried to explain it to him later. A few hours after leaving my car,  the mechanic called to let me know that my car was ready and that the low idle was normal for this size engine. He went on to say he found no diagnostic error codes regarding the engine, and the car performed well during his test drive. However, there were a couple of codes relating to the tire pressure system, and he got that resolved. The final bill was what I expected for the service performed, so no unpleasant surprises at checkout. Hawaiian Tire is my new go-to place for all my auto service needs.
