It went very well. Gill Development had the lowest bid and the most detailed breakdown of costs estimates. I consulted nine general contractors. Everything we wanted, we got. Everything, and I mean everything was completed exactly as requested. We had a very elaborate, detailed and complex bathroom. It is absolutely beyond beautiful; it's heavenly! The workers arrived early, always eager to go to work. The quality of work is superb. The workers have an amazing work ethic, perfection! The great thing about Pat Gill is his candor about costs and his unique ability to maintain a cool, calm and relaxed demeanor while running a very detailed, busy and sometimes complicated schedule. This company has my highest recommendation! We love our new addition.

Pat Gill was very very good. He communicated well, always on schedule. Their team did an excellent job clearing, grading, pouring foundation. Pat was always in there working with his team.
