Diamond Head Windows And Doors

Ordered 7 windows and french doors in March of 2014. In May, the windows came in were installed within a couple of days. After the installation, I noticed that some of the windows had been installed over dry-rot wood. The sales person had assured us that any dry-rot found would be repaired during installation. Also, the wrong type of screws were used to install some of the windows and the kitchen window was not installed the way we had requested. A week later the installation crew came back and corrected the discrepancies except for the kitchen window which they said was the wrong size so they would have to order a new one. Around August we had not heard anything about the french doors that we ordered so we called up the sales person, come to find out they had forgotten to put the order in. The order was placed and we were told it would take about a month to get them. In September the kitchen window came in (the window that was the wrong size) come to find out they had ordered the same size window again, unbelievable! Finally in December the correct kitchen window arrived after 10 months the installation was complete. At the end of the job, we were giving a bill for the remainder that was due. We thought the bill was high so we checked our records and found that they had forgotten to include the $1500 down payment we had made earlier. CONCLUSION The windows we received were of very good quality. The installation crew except for a few mistakes were good. Management seems to be in chaos. calls not returned left hand doesn?t know what the right hand is doing?etc
