Carl Higgins came out to the house and presented us with a marketing plan to sell our property.  He was very friendly and though  we told him that the sale wasn't imminent as we were not sure that we were moving with the company as of yet, he spent a lot of time with us discussing the house and how he would sell it.  He was so gracious that 8 months later when the transfer came through and we did decide to sell, there was no doubt in our mind who to call.  He gave us plenty of good tips for ways to spruce up the house in order to sell it in the quickest amount of time and for the highest price that we could get.  We had to move before it went on the market and Carl took care of the house, checking on it weekly and making sure that everything was okay.  The house sold in 36 days and the closing has gone smoothly. 
I would highly recommend Carl Higgins to anyone on the Island of Oahu that is interested in selling their home for a good price in a reasonable time frame.
