BOB'S APPLIANCE SVC CTR INC

This company's service was horrible from the beginning. We would call and arrange a time for them to be here, and they wouldn't show up or call to let us know they had a problem. Twice, the excuse was that they had a family emergency, but they did not call and kept us waiting for hours, taking time off from work. We would call and leave messages, and we wouldn't hear back from them. The previous owners, gracious to a fault, had arranged for this company to fix our problem, but they didn't know how badly this company would perform. The previous owners had already paid for the repair, so it was important to them to continue using this company. We all remained patient and hopeful, but this problem took more than four months to rectify. I'm sad that I'm writing something so negative, but I think this company needs to change its behavior right away, and I hope that others who use this company don't have a similar experience.
