They went out on time and we had to call them back a couple of times. The work wasn't bad and the person they sent out was personable. They should do a thorough job next time.

We had some troubles getting a hold of them to schedule an an appointment but after that it went very well. They were very knowledgable and very informative. They assured us that the boxes were dog safe.

Overall I give them an A.  The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid.  The technician was very nice and professional.  He was late for the appointment but made sure to call before hand and let me know he was running behind, which is always appreciated.  He was very quick and mindful of my small dog and 1yr old daughter. I would definitely use them again, I even signed up for quarterly maintenance! : )
