I am now stuck with foundation issues, mold, water damage, wood rot, and there's a problem with a roof (there's a leak). I have a five-page list, typewritten, of things that he had missed. When I discovered these problems after I moved into the home, I called him to ask for help. He refused and became very nasty. He told me I bought the house and that it's my problem. Since then, I've been getting the runaround for any complaint organizations; they're not able to help me. Even though I sent this man a letter, he's refusing to make things good. My husband and I are emotionally devestated due to these issues. He took my money and doesn't care. I asked him for his insurance information, but he refused. My own insurance won't pay for it since they say it was pre-existing. We cannot afford the cost of the repairs.
Description of Work: Bruce Partin completed a home inspection for me on April 18th, 2013, which I paid $350 for. I told them to do a thorough inspection on the home, because it's a foreclosure. I wanted to make sure everything was right with the structure. He promised everything was done properly, but he missed many things.
