These guys are very good. Repaired my Ceiling, did a good job trying to match my Ceiling Texture. They made minimal mess in my home considering the challenge they had. I would use them again.

Did a great job! I am taking off one star because I had to keep calling them to find out where/when they would be arriving... I understand completely that things happen but a little more communication would have been ideal.

A+++ The workmen were very knowledgeable on residential structural codes and standards. They very efficiently preformed the rework and repaired original builder's mistakes. The crew of 4 finished the projects in 5 hours and designed much better solutions than I ever could have. Doing this myself would have taken literally months by myself. A+++

Punctual, thorough, professional..... just a few words to say about the team. They repaired drywall in two rooms after a major plumbing repair of 20 plus feet of pipes and did it in record time . They take pride in their work !

They were very good with my drywall repairs. painted and it looks great. I actually had them to do an additional chore to hang a wall mirror and they moved my sectional back when they were done with the drywall and painting. Three guy crew. I like that they travel in teams. I will definitely use them again.

PTS did a great job with our drywall repairs in our garage and bathroom. They showed up on time, did a professional job, and cleaned up nicely. We had also requested 2 access doors in the drywall in our garage, so that plumbers could get at the pipes in the future without tearing another hole in the drywall, and the result is wonderful and looks great. I had Property Tech Solutions install a Nest Doorbell and repair drywall. The drywall repair was perfect. As for the doorbell, 95% of everything they did was perfect, except my doorbell chime inside no longer works at all. For background, on the doorbell install, they came out to install in a spot that I asked. Once they installed it, I asked them to move it because of some exposed wires, even though they were properly sealed over. I just did not like the look. So they moved it as I asked, and it came out great, except then the doorbell chime had stopped working, only making a loud buzzing noise which was the transformer. So they came back out and installed a new transformer, and the chime worked once for testing. However, once they left and I tried it again, it had once again stopped working. So I called them and was scheduled to have them look; however, they never showed up, and now I can't get a hold of anyone at the business, despite leaving voicemails. I want to give them 5 stars, and I will change my review if they will just come out and finish the doorbell chime issue. Beyond the chime issue, the rest of the install, moving it as I requested, patching the hole from the old doorbell all was perfect. I just want the full system to work as expected and paid for. Regarding other reviews on here about being a good company, I agree with that, so long as a job is completed from start to fully finished.

Pleasant as I added driveway to be pressure washed and more picture hangings . Had struggles in time due to store limitations related to COVID19. Not as satisfied with painting but in retrospect I didn't know that I should have communicated that I wanted the old hooks/nails that were painted over to be removed and area repaired as part of the job.

They are the best to work with. They go above and beyond. I will use them for every project going forward.
