Excellent experience with New Day Tile! We had an overall update to our bathroom and we were beyond pleased by James and Alyssaâ s work. Our tile shower is beautiful! We appreciate their attention to detail, knowledge, and friendly personalities. The customer service provided by Amy, James, and the entire team was wonderful!

We needed the tile in the main bathroom repaired. There were a few tiles that were becoming loose and the grout was crumbling. I spoke with Amy and got a price quote which I thought was very reasonable. She scheduled the repair and James came out to do the work that day. James was polite and professional. He removed all the old grout throughout the whole bathroom, reset the loose tiles, replaced the grout and cleaned the floor thoroughly. The floor looks like new. We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend New Day Tile.

We consulted New Day Tile after a contractor did a poor job installing a new shower and we did not know whether or how we could recover the mess he left behind. Jon from New Day came soon after we called and assessed the situation. He told us honestly what was needed in order to have a watertight shower that would last us over time (which was more or less to start over again), and then did the job quickly and beautifully. We were so happy with his knowledgable assessment, his attention to detail, and especially his kind and straightforward approach to everything. We will contract New Day Tile for any tile work we ever need from now on. We really couldn't recommend them more highly!

I needed to call in the professionals to get my master bathroom shower te-caulked and cleaned up. Amy and James went above and beyond. Could not be more pleased with the result! Highly recommend!

In 2020 I hired someone to replace tile on walls around tub in one room, then a total replacement in master bathroom. Tile was falling off wall in the first one, second one the grout was coming up all over the place. I found this company in the Ask Dale magazine that gets sent out, and so very glad I did. The replaced all the tile that had been put up in first bathroom, Jon did a fantastic job. Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Looks fantastic now and Iâ m sure it will last for years. The second job, replacing grout, James came in and basically made it look brand new and better than it ever looked. Additionally, Amy does a great job in putting together a professional estimate and contract and keeping me apprised of the status. Would highly recommend these folks any time, would give six stars if I could.

I worked with Aimee and James and I cannot say enough nice things about them. Aimee was so helpful, I had a bad experience with a previous tile man not completing my showers and she was so helpful and put me at ease. James was amazing arrived on time, did an amazing job fixing the issue and cleaned it all up. James went above and beyond making sure the showers were complete. I would without a doubt work with them again! It was such a relief to work with two very professional individuals who delivered what they promised! Thank you so very much!

It was a small job of replacing grout in shower niches however small they were timely, professional and did a very nice and clean job.

Knew how to do the work. Upcharged for doing work that was already committed. Reason: took longer than the Angi-related job time.
