We called and they came to do an estimate. The work was complicated with multiple roof lines and re-routing of downspouts to minimize their appearance. The work was scheduled and they came on that day and did the installation. It was very messy but the workmen did a high quality job and cleaned up everything (including my deck). They even removed the satellite dish and cables! You would never know they were there. Very good vendor.

I did not have any gutters or downspouts. They were professional and they matched the lowest quote. They do good quality work at a good price.

Mastershield provided excellent customer service and integrity. I purchased the gutter replacement thru Angies List thinking I needed new bigger gutters to address my overflow and leaking problems. Mastershield instead fixed my problems without replacing my gutters and refunded me over 50% of my purchase price. I will absolutely use them in the future. Contractors that do not take advantage and are honest are few and far between. So glad I found them!

Work was completed the following day after I called to request the work. Installation and clean up was quick and they left no mess and hauled away the old gutters. I am very happy with how the gutters look and think they did a terrific job. I had other companies try to charge me nearly 3 times as much for this same work. The quality of the gutters is a major improvement since I had originals on my home and I received the paperwork in the mail regarding my warranty shortly after. I am confident if I have any issues with my gutters I can reach out to Kevin and have it handled immediately, though I don't foresee any since we have already had several rainstorms to test them and they worked perfect. Will definitely consider them and recommend their work for any future needs for me or my friends.

We had run into some problems with our general contractor and were on a tight time frame.  We contacted Master Shield about subcontracting the gutter work.  Kevin called us back promptly, gave us a quote over the phone, and arranged to complete the work following day!  His crew showed up earlier than promised, completed the work in under an hour, and left the site cleaner than they found it.  All in all, an exceptional experience!!  We would HIGHLY recommend Master Shield and will definitely use them again when we're ready to replace the rest of the gutters.

I had new gutters installed by another company just two and a half years prior, and half of the back gutter had fallen off my house. The Master Shield/KTL rep listened patiently as I explained my dilemma, and he gave me a fantastic deal to correct the problem that was caused by another company. The KTL rep was courteous, professional, and understanding. He explained details about the installation process to help me understand how proper installation would keep the gutters attached to the house. His pricing was more than fair and my gutters look great. The Master Shield/KTL company completed the job as promised and left the work site clean. I highly recommend this dependable and professional company because they focus on customer satisfaction.

From the very first visit I really enjoyed the attention and time that Kevin gave me. He was very easy to schedule with and showed up promptly and stayed at the house and answered all my questions patiently, and that was just for the consultation! After getting another estimate, I felt very comfortable with my decision to go with Master Shield. I had a few questions before my scheduled appointment about gutter colors and Kevin responded quickly and thoroughly to my emails, which definitely helped to alleviate my concerns come installation day. On the day of install, the team called me to inform me when they were getting close and they showed up promptly and were courteous, and they got right to work. Kevin showed up a few minutes later (as I was on my way to work) and showed me the gutter we had chosen, and that completely got rid of any concerns I had. By the time I got home that afternoon, the crew had just finished up and the gutters looked great. On top of that, they replaced (and repainted!!) some of the wood rot that I had because of the previous leaky gutters. Further, I had some wood rot on a column on the front of the house (due to a broken gutter) and Kevin even replaced that spot and repainted. Then lastly, before he left, we noticed there was a old rubber piece hanging down from a satellite dish on the roof of the house (it's a 1920 house and has extra wires that aren't being used). But it was hanging down over the gutter line and looked bad, so Kevin unhooked his ladder and cut it down for me, which was so great!
The house looks great and I'm very pleased with my decision and would definitely recommend.

Very timely, courteous and professional.  All went very well.  Had a small leak afterwards. However, the crew returned the next day to repair it.  Would highly recommend.

Kevin Bowers (owner/GM) came out to give me a quote.  Kevin was very professional and I got the impression from him that they would do the job right.  I collected three quotes and based on price and my interaction with the companies I decided to go with KTL.  They came out on the scheduled date and installed the gutters as we agreed with no delays or issues.  I don't know enough about gutters to comment on the quality of the gutters or installation, but visually they look good.  My entire experience with KTL has been very positive.

KTL Home Improvement / MasterShield did a really good job. The representative explained why we were having issues and he helped come up with solutions on how to make our gutter system drain better. The small changes he recommended and implemented made a big difference. He said that if we had any more issues, like things that were not draining properly, we can contact them and they would be happy to come out to make adjustments for us.

Client repaired and replaced two separate sections of my gutters.  When one area was not fixed properly, they came out for no extra cost and fixed again.  This resolved issue.  The provider is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, responsive and economical.  I would highly recommend them for all gutter repair and/or replacement.

Kevin and team were awesome. From the esitmate process to the installation, the process was smooth and easy. Kevin was great at recommending options- after listening to my concerns that I wanted to address. His price was very fair out of two bids, and his installation team was quick, thorough and left no trace that they had ever been there. Best of all of it is that the gutter configuration Kevin recommended for my 1917 home looks great and completely fixed the issues.
Would definitely use them again and reccomend them to all of my friends.

The provider was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. The process was done quickly and in a neat manner. They ran into some unexpected complications that required extra attention and material but those were handled efficiently without extra expense to me. We did have some leaking from the corners of the old gutters after the first rain but they returned promptly to take care of the problem (this was a pre-existing issue).

After the EF-1 tornado that went through in June put 6 hardwood trees on our house, one of the repairs were the gutters.  The ones along the back of the house had to be completely replaced, but we needed new screens on the rest of them as well.  I talked with 4 or 5 different companies, investigating their products and which one would best suit our needs.  Kevin with Mastershield was one of those first companies I spoke with.  After getting bids from both him and several others, I was either not getting the product I needed, or the price was higher than we could afford, given the scope of repairs we needed to do from the storm damage.  I called Kevin back a second time.  He was aware of the different needs regarding our gutters around the house, and when I explained that we could just not afford their product right now, he worked with me to provide what I needed on different sides of the house, and we ended up with their mesh screen on part of it, and another type of screen on the rest.  And he was able to come in at a price we could afford.  He basically solved all of my problems and got everything installed around the schedules of roofers, painters, landscapers, etc.  
I asked him to come back out to paint a metal diverter black and check on a gutter's pitch, which his installers did promptly and took care of it.
Not often these days do you find a company that is honest, fair, and reliable, and I've been dealing with many due to the storm.  So I felt it was important to recognize a company that provided exactly what I needed and made the experience a pleasant one.

Kevin Bowers of KTL Home Improvement installed a new gutter system with the Mastershield system on my remodeled home in 2009. Kevin took the time to explain everything to me and worked with my contractor to make sure the gutters were in the right place and coordinated the timing of the install with my contractor. I called Kevin again in August 2013 to come and check on an area that I observed had a slow leak behind the gutter. Kevin came out and spent a good amount of time analyzing the problem and went right to work to fix it. He checked two other areas also to make sure there were no issues there. When the repair was over, he refused any payment and said he would come back in a few weeks to make sure the repair he just finished had solved the problem. I am very happy with the performance of the Mastershield on my gutters and doubly happy that Kevin Bowers is the owner/operator of this local company.

Kevin provided the details (and an onsite demonstration of the gutter system) I needed to compare his product and service with two other gutter companies I was considering.  He provided me with written estimates of three options and was clear about what each included when we met. I had plenty of time to review the options; there was no pressure to select any particular option although there was a substantial difference in the products and their prices. He responded to all my calls and emails quickly and was wonderful to work with throughout the process. The rains delayed the completion of the exterior painting of the house which meant a delay in both removing the old gutters and installing the new ones. Kevin and his crew never missed a beat. Everything was done exactly the way I expected and right on time. The custom gutters are available in a large number of colors and we found a perfect match for the paint colors I used. Kevin provided me with a full set of samples so that I could be sure of the match before I decided. My house was built in 1922 and requires patience and a large amount of TLC when installing something like gutters; KTL did everything right. When Kevin and I discussed a long run of gutter and ways to lessen the chance of heavy rains overwhelming that section, it was decided a decorative rain barrel (yes, it is decorative - looks like a large stone planter and is now filled with flowers) was the answer. He immediately volunteered to custom fit the new down spout to the new rain barrel and attach the overflow tubing. It works perfectly and looks great! We have had 3 inches of rain since the gutters were installed a week ago; every inch of new gutter and down spout is working perfectly. I am very, very pleased!

Look no further.  You will be completely satisfied with this company.    The price was excellent, they were professional, very competent, efficient, and understanding of what we wanted to accomplish.  They called us to remind us of the date and time of arrival, and even called us to say they were on their way to our residence.  It took them no time at all to replace our gutters and install the cover shield.  They cleaned the yard and disposed of all the old gutters and downspouts.  When they were finished, you could not tell that they had been at our house, except for the great looking job.  This past rain storm we had was an excellant test of how great the job was done.

They did a good job with the installation of the gutters, but the guards were manufactured improperly.  Thus, they had to return about six months after the installation in order to correct the issues.  I'm still not entirely satisfied with the guards as they continue to cause overflow when it rains.

I researched multiple gutter protection products and interviewed several local installation companies.  The protection technology offered in the Mastershield product seemed to be the most promising for keeping gutters clean while also catching virtually ALL the water coming off a steep roof (12:12 slope).  KTL's owner offered the best sales presentation with clear explanations of how the system worked and details of the work to be performed.  There was zero high pressure and a direct business-like discussion.  The proposed cost was reasonable and the installation schedule appropriate to our needs.
The installation crew was on-time, skilled, friendly and very respectful.  The foreman in particular was first-rate.  The installation results were exactly as expected with no additional hidden costs.
We have had several hard rains since installation.  I have seen no evidence of roof water overshooting the gutters.  Plus, any leaves, pine straw or helicopters that land on the gutters get washed or blown away before they have any chance of stopping up the water flow into the gutters.
All in all, a very satisfying experience.

We do not have enough good things to say about Kevin Bowers and Mastershield Atlanta/KTL Home Improvements.   We first called and spoke with Kevin a couple of years ago, interested in  Mastershield gutter protection.  Our first impression of Kevin was excellent.  He was well-spoken and very helpful.  Because of some family crises, we were not able to pursue gutter protection further at that time, but saved Kevin's contact information and notes from our conversation. As soon as we were in a position to get the gutters taken care of, we went back to the internet.  We had been reading reviews of various gutter covers for years and wanted to see what else was new, since our chat with Kevin a couple of years prior. Over the several years we had lived in our current home, we had researched every gutter protection system on the market and had literally read hundreds, possibly thousands, of reviews.  Until learning about Mastershield, we had not been able to find even one gutter protection system that was 1) well-designed and 2) whose reviews confirmed it would work well enough to consider installing on our house. Finally, it seemed, we would be able to get this project taken care of.  For our home, which is surrounded by many trees, micromesh gutter protection seemed to be the only feasible solution. While this review is for Kevin of Mastershield, not for the gutter protection itself, we encourage anyone reading this to fully investigate each of the three micromesh gutter protection systems before deciding what to use on their home.   After reviewing updated information on the internet, we called Mastershield Atlanta.  Because it had been awhile since we'd spoken with them, we were concerned that Kevin might no longer be working there.  To our pleasant surprise, he was not only there, but now owns the business.   We arranged a meeting, and saw Kevin in a few days.  He examined and measured our gutters, listened to our concerns and showed us several gutter protection system samples so that we could see up close what we had been looking at online.   After a few more days of contemplation and watching videos online from the micromesh competitors, we made a firm decision to go with Mastershield.   Kevin continued to communicate well regarding setting up the job, payment and follow-up.  He and his crew worked very diligently and did an amazing job installing the covers.  They replaced a dented guard we had and made sure the existing gutters were at the right level for the gutter covers to work properly. We have had quite a few hard rains since then and it has been wonderful to run around to each of the windows, looking out!  No more clogged or overflowing gutters! As long as Kevin is associated with Mastershield Atlanta, we recommend them highly.
