Initial visit from Joel.  He was very knowledgeable of many gutter guard systems and did actual demonstration showing how the MasterShield gutter guard system was a better product in keeping everything out of the gutters except rain which is the only thing that should get in.

They were able to work with me on the final price. A 25% down payment is required once contract is signed.

Matt and Mike were the technicians who showed up promptly that morning.  Before any work began they answered any questions I had with regard to the work that was to be done.  They worked efficiently and the MasterShield gutter guard system was installed in about 4 to 5 hours.   The MasterShield gutter guard system is installed with the angled pitch of your roof so that not only does nothing get into the gutters, but the leaves/pinestraw will fall off the roof with the help of the wind and rain.

Once work was completed, they cleaned up all debris from the work effort.  I was allowed to inspect and ask questions prior to them leaving my residence. 

Their product is superior to others as it does not allow "ANYTHING' to get into the gutters.  I have many massive pine trees in my yard and the gutters would get filled quickly even after I had them cleaned out.  I am now waiting on the weather change to see how well the MasterShield gutter system handles my pine needles. 

I am confident I have found a viable solution to my pine needle gutter filled problem.

Since the total length of my gutters is around 200 ft, I purchased two 100 ft "deals" from Angie's List to cover the total cost.  Although I understand it was a busy season for the company, Kevin scheduled the job in the timeframe I requested.  His workers showed on time, did a professional job and cleaned up all debris and material leftovers from the premises.
I am very happy with the workmanship and the system performs well, as advertised.

First of all, dealing with Kevin Bowers was an absolute pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products and able to convey that knowledge in an understandable manner. Since my house is surrounded by pine trees, my gutters would fill up with pine needles requiring cleaning twice a year. We discussed several options with pros and cons for each. After much discussion, it was determined that MasterShield Gutter Protection would be the best option to eliminate the problem of the gutters becoming plugged with pine needles and other debris. Kevin also worked with me to solve drainage problems not directly associated with the gutter installation.
His work crew arrived promptly on the install date and worked diligently through inclement weather. They also, were very knowledgeable and worked in a very professional manner. Whenever they had questions, they were quick to consult with me resulting in a finished product that was exactly as desired. Upon completion of the installation, they did a very thorough job of cleaning up. I was completely satisfied with their work.
To date, the gutters and MasterShield Gutter Protection have worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend Kevin Bowers and his company to anyone contemplating new gutters and gutter protection.

Went fine.  Kevin was our contact point, and he came back promptly and removed a section for us since we decided to add a garage onto one side of the house.  They will reattach and add gutters as needed for a very reasonable cost of only $200.  I think that is great.

I purchased a Big Deal to replace a section of gutter that was damaged by a falling tree.  I was working on a tight timeline and this company came through with flying colors.
Kevin, the owner of the Company, got me scheduled quickly and even called me over the weekend to confirm.  The crew arrived promptly and had the job done in no time.  They were friendly and very professional.
The quality of the gutter provided was better than I expected, and much better than the gutters on other parts of my house.  In addition, the crew was careful to make sure that pitch was correct, something that my previous gutter installers didn't do.

overall working with Kevin at MasterShield was easy and professional.  He was very kind and patience throught the process.
He provided several solutions and was happy to walk me thru the steps of the job.  He answered all my questions and was very knowlegdable. 
I really appriciated him going to extra step to find a vendor to repair the work that his company doesn't handle.  Most vendors wouldn't go that extra mile.  He even offered a peice of advice about a rain barrel I had too close to the house.  That was very kind of him. 
Overall I'm very happy with the work that was done.  The leaks have been corrected and I would 100% use his services again. 
It would be worth your time to have him come out to give a quote.

To be fair, I got gutters and they seem to be installed properly. To be honest, it was weirdly run and the guy never called me back for a real long time. Then just out of the blue, I got a call from one of his people and the guy said he was on his way to my house. It was the middle of the work day and I couldn't meet him. They said they were doing custom gutters. I went over and over with the guy that I wanted custom color which he said no problem. Then this guy said, we'll just put in what we think will work best, we'll figure it out. At this point, I was desperate, I needed the gutters because it's been awhile. He put them up and they just put standard white gutters that you buy at Lowe's. There was nothing custom about them or anything. I didn't really inspect them that close but I do think that there were seams where they didn't need to be. They might have been custom length. I'm happy with the gutters. They seem to be doing what they were supposed to be doing but I was unhappy because really the only reason why I didn't do it myself was because I wanted custom cut, the whole nine yards. They kind of stand out the wrong way, they way with the colors of the house and everything. I was not real thrilled with the service from that standpoint. He called me pretty uch right away after the purchase but then I called him and he didn't call me back for a long time. He said he had a tragedy happen in the family. I wasn't going to make a fuss about that. I have bad things happen to me too. I could've thought he could've called but I have no idea how much business he's doing. One of the things that I worry about those things, they always have the disclaimer on there that it may cost more if this is needed and that's needed. He did not do any of that stuff. I was pleased with that part of it too. He did basically what he said he was going to do for the price that he said he was going to do it for.

     I first met Kevin Bowers at the Atlanta Home Show in the fall of 2014.  I had just bought a 30 year old house that needed some exterior work including new gutters and downspouts.  It is in a very wooded area, but never had gutter protection and some damage occurred to the soffit and fascia as a result of clogged gutters and downspouts. 



     My situation was a little different that most in that my house has what's called a Garard metal roof.  This roof has gutter flashing the prevents a typical system from sliding under the first shingle or allowing a specialized gutter, such as Leafguard, from fitting up tight to the fascia.  I was hoping that the roofer had a type system that commonly accompanied his roof and I would be able to simply piggyback a gutter system with him and go with a proven system.  However, that was not the case as the system that the roofer proposed included a large opening screen cover that would quickly fill up. 



      My wife and I went to the home show on two days and we visited with Kevin on both occasions.  After the show, we again contacted Kevin and he came over to our house to check it out.  While he was there, he installed two sample prototypes for us to observe during rainstorms to see how they performed.  He followed up with a written proposal which included several options.  He did not push us in any way.  He responded to us and provided information and worked very h******  a solution that would not only work, but would utilize the "cleaning" effect of his product for the long term health of the system.  He recognized that our roof system would present unique and difficult challenges.  Kevin pointed out that two things would be of primary importance; those being to have the gutters properly positioned to actually collect the water, and secondly that the gutters would properly drain to the downspouts.  These two things might seem very elementary, but with the complexity of the metal roof that I have, they were going to pose a serious challenge for the installers. 



       After all of the other outside subcontractors competed with their work, I contacted Kevin and awarded him the job.  He told me ahead of time when I could expect him and he kept to that schedule including contacting me a few days ahead of time to confirm his coming.  Kevin sent two mechanics, Matt and Mike.  He obviously had discussed the special conditions of the roof with them ahead of time, because they went right to work with the installation and knew exactly how to install it in order to get the collection made and keep the correct angle for the gutter covers installation.  Matt and Mike worked through some sloppy weather conditions.  They made very quick work of the job and their craftsmanship was excellent.  Kevin was there from time to time checking in on the work.



       If you have a typical roof, these guys will knock it out quickly and do a great job.  If you have a unique situation, Kevin will find a solution that will work and that you will be happy with.  He will treat you fair, not push you at all, and he will do what he says.  I totally trust Kevin and would not hesitate to recommend him and/or use him again.

They provided excellent work at relatively affordable prices. Originally, they quoted us for new gutters for probably 80% of the existing gutters and were going to "recycle" the other 20%. Upon installation the installers decided to use new gutters for the other 20% and did so without charging us any more. They did a great job and the new gutters look excellent.
