"We appreciate all customer feedback and are very sorry that you were displeased.  However, we respectfully disagree with the portrayal of the events described in the review posted here. 1) Our painting crew did pressure wash to remove debris and kill algae and fungi in preparation for repair, caulking and painting of the exterior of this home, this was done on our first day of work 2) On our second day, as prepared for painting (which included caulking and repairs) the customer came out and began instructing our crew on how to caulk and then directed them to undertake carpentry work that was not in the contract.  This was done without consultation with our Project Manager. 3) Our quotes are very specific and our crews are directed strictly to perform only what is approved by the customer in writing (this is done to protect our customers and our company).  As a result our crew ceased work and contacted the Project Manager as prescribed in our project process.  At this point the customer directed our crew to ?stop working? at which point our crew departed the work site pending discussion with our Project Manager. 4) Our Project Manager and Director of Operations engaged with the customer (in person) in an effort to remedy the situation.  We offered to add the new carpentry scope/cost now being requested by the customer to the quote via change order (as prescribed by our process).  We also offered to have another project manager and crew continue with a fresh start. 5) The customer declined our proposal/pricing for the added repairs/new team stating they would rather engage with another painting company. They requested we pick up our paint/materials and vacate the premises. 6) Though we had completed just over 2 days of work and purchased all required paint, we were unable to complete the project.  Despite spending funds on labor and paint for this project, we did not collect any reimbursement from the customer for costs incurred by us. We cannot speak to proposals provided by other painting companies noted in the review.  However, we believe the pricing referenced properly reflects the full scope of carpentry work now being requested (which was not provided to us initially nor included in our quote).  Again, we are sorry for your disappointment and wish you the best in your painting project."
