Description of Work: Robert and his crew brought in dirt and leveled and seeded a large area of our backyard. We were impressed with their quick, reasonable estimate and the quality of their work. They put down plywood to create a path for their bobcat to move the dirt without destroying our yard and they left my driveway and side yard looking as good as it had when they arrived. We have already made arrangements for the team to come back and do some other yard work.

Description of Work: Transformed ugly, weed filled back yard with bad drainage problems into a beautiful contoured lawn with paver stone walkway, slab stone steps and solution to drainage problems. |Job scope: Cleared debris, old landscaping timbers, old concrete sidewalk and steps from back yard. Brought in 4 loads of dirt, contoured land to direct drainage properly, installed rocks to control runoff, installed paver walkway and slab stone steps, and installed 8 pallets of Zeon zoysia sod matching existing lawn. |How did it go? It went great. Robert, the owner, started the job on time, was present on the job with his crew every day, coordinated with other crafts, delivered a very high quality and lasting product. His recommendations on solving the drainage problems were excellent. Robert is a pro.

Description of Work: When they came out to my house for an estimate, Robert had good ideas and pretty good verbal pricing. After he left, it took days of trying to get him on the phone to finalize the deal, once he called me back I asked for the proposal in writing before I finalize the deal - this was over a week ago. From the time he came to my house to see the job till now has been 4 weeks! I finally gave up and hired someone else that was much more responsive.
